How To Return An Item All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, you must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Pure Wave Audio by contacting our support email. All returns must have their complete and original packaging, along with all original contents (such as accessories, documentation, owner’s manual, warranty card, etc.) The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.
